You pay a monthly rate for each active truck (tractor, straight truck or other power unit). The rate depends on your plan and fleet size, and gets lower at 6, 21 and 51 trucks. Trailers aren't charged. Fees are billed on the 1st of each month by autopay.
Yes. Plans start with a 6-month term, then continue month-to-month. After the first 6 months you can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Onboarding is free.
No. Repairs, parts, PM service, inspections, diagnostics, towing, parking and wash are always quoted and billed separately, and only after you approve them.
No. Near Nashville, we can bring a truck to our shop. Anywhere else, we line up a repair vendor near the truck and follow the job until it's done.
Your truck, trailer and driver lists, insurance, registrations, inspection and maintenance records, DOT/MC numbers, permits, driver files and ELD access if you use one. Send what you have; we'll organize the rest.
No. We don't dispatch, book loads, negotiate rates, broker freight, handle factoring, payroll, accounting or insurance.
Your company remains the motor carrier. We do the monitoring, reminders and coordination that make that job much easier.
